Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange something? Here's the full policy plus exactly how to do it from your account β€” quick scan first, then the step-by-step.


Your options

We generate the return label for you β€” there's nothing to buy or print at the post office. You have three options:

  • Exchange for a different size or color β€” free return label.
  • Store credit (+$15 bonus, never expires) β€” free return label.
  • Refund to original payment β€” return label fee ($5–$10 USD or €5–€10 EUR depending on your country) is deducted from the refund amount.

Prepaid return labels are available for customers in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia.


Eligibility β€” what can be returned

All returns must meet these basics:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unstained, with all original tags attached.
  • In original packaging (original poly bag if you kept it).

Beyond those basics, the options available depend on the item:

  • Regular full-price items β€” eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Sale items (50% off or more) β€” final sale. Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Not eligible for refund to original payment method.
  • Jewelry β€” eligible for exchange or store credit only. Not eligible for refund, unless the item arrived damaged.
  • Gift cards β€” not returnable under any circumstances.
  • Items paid with store credit β€” refunds for these items are issued back as store credit, not to a card. Exchanges and store credit outcomes work normally.
  • Damaged or incorrect items β€” eligible for a full refund or replacement with no label fees. A return may not even be required β€” please contact us.

Refund details

  • Return label fee β€” see Your options above. No label fee for exchanges, store credit, or damaged/incorrect items.
  • Original shipping cost β€” the $6.99 outbound shipping (if charged) is not refundable.
  • Restocking fee β€” none.
  • Timing β€” refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the carrier marks the package Delivered at our warehouse, back to your original payment method.
  • Currency β€” refunds are always issued in the original payment currency. Any differences due to exchange rates or bank fees are handled by your payment provider.

How to start your return

Step 1 β€” Open your order

Sign in, then go to Account β†’ Orders and pick the order you'd like to return.

On the order page, tap Return or exchange.

Step 2 β€” Pick items and choose your outcome

Tick the items you want to send back, choose how many of each, and pick a reason (this just helps us improve β€” it doesn't affect approval). Then, for each item, pick one of three outcomes:

  • Refund β€” goes back to your original payment method.
  • Exchange β€” pick a new size or color inline.
  • Store credit β€” issued with a $15 bonus. Never expires.

You can mix and match β€” refund one item, exchange another, no problem.

Step 3 β€” Review and submit

You'll see your refund total, exchange, any label fee, and the address we'll use.

Tap Submit Return and you'll get an RMA number β€” that's your reference for the rest of the journey.

What you get next depends on the country we're shipping the label to. Here's how it works in each region:

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States

We generate a USPS return label with a QR code. You can either print the label or just show the QR code at any USPS location β€” they'll scan it and print the label for you. Tracking is built into your return status page.

We generate a DHL Paket label with a QR code. You can print the label or just show the QR code at any DHL Paketshop or Packstation β€” they scan it and accept the package. Tracking is built into your return status page.

πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί Rest of the EU, United Kingdom, Australia

We generate a prepaid return label. Download it from the status page, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier location. Tracking is included on the same page.

Self-ship countries (e.g. Norway)

If your country isn't covered by a prepaid label, please contact us first β€” we'll review your case and confirm the correct return address. Then ship using any tracked carrier, include your RMA number on a slip inside the box, and paste your tracking number back into the page so we can follow it.
