Using your store credit
Store Credit is the simplest way to use anything we owe you — return outcomes, out-of-stock resolutions, cashback, or goodwill credits. It's stored in your account and you can apply it to any future order.
Refund and goodwill credits never expire. Cashback earned on orders expires 12 months after it lands — see How cashback works for the details.
Where to find your balance
Sign in and go to Account → Store Credit. You'll see your current balance plus a full history of every credit, what added it, and what you've spent.
How to use it at checkout
If you have a balance, it's offered as a payment option at checkout. You can use it for the whole order or just part of it — the remainder is charged to the payment method you choose at checkout.
Good to know
- Refund and goodwill credits never expire. Cashback credits expire 12 months after they land — see How cashback works.
- Works on any future order, including sale items.
- Items paid with Store Credit are final sale — refunds for those items go back as Store Credit, not to your original payment method.
- If you cancel an order paid with Store Credit, the credit goes back to your balance straight away.
