How cashback works

Every order earns you cashback you can spend on a future purchase. Here's exactly how it works.

What you earn

You earn 5% back on every order. The percentage is calculated on the items total after any discounts — shipping and taxes are not included.

When it lands in your wallet

Cashback is credited when your order ships, not at checkout. Between paying and shipping you'll see it as a Pending cashback row on your Account → Store Credit page so you can keep track of what's coming.

How long it lasts

Cashback expires 12 months after it lands in your wallet. We always spend the soonest-to-expire balance first when you place a new order, so you don't lose it by accident.

How to spend it

At checkout, turn on the Store Credit toggle in the payment step. Your available cashback is applied to the order total; pay any remainder with your card.

Important — cashback is not cash

It can't be withdrawn to a bank account or paid out in any form.
It can't be refunded to your card. Cashback only ever moves toward new orders.
It's not transferable between accounts.

Currency

Cashback is held in the same currency as the order you earned it on. So cashback earned on a EUR order can only be used on a future EUR order, USD cashback on a future USD order, and so on.

Returns and cashback

If you return items from an order that earned cashback, we reverse the matching portion:

Return everything → all the cashback from that order is reversed.
Return part of the order → we reverse only the proportional share. Keep €50 of a €100 order and you keep half the cashback.
If you've already spent the cashback before the return, we only reverse what's still in your wallet — we never push it negative.

Canceling before shipment

If you cancel an order before it ships, the pending cashback for that order simply disappears from your balance — nothing is added or taken away because nothing was ever credited.

Canceling after shipment

If we cancel a shipped order on your behalf, the cashback earned from it is reversed in full (same rules as a full return).

Where to see your balance

You'll see your current balance, anything that's pending from unshipped orders, the date your soonest cashback expires, and the full history of every credit and spend.
