Update your shipping address

You can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Here's how.

Step 1 — Open your order

Sign in, then go to Account → Orders and pick the order with the wrong address.

Step 2 — Tap "Change address"

On the order page, find the shipping address card. Tap the Change address button next to it.

Step 3 — Enter the new address

Fill in the correct address details in the dialog that opens and tap Update address.

Once the new address is saved, you'll see it reflected on the order page.

What if my order has already shipped?

• Contact us right away — within a few hours of shipment if possible. We'll try to reach the carrier, but this isn't always possible once the parcel is moving.
