Cancel your order
You can cancel an order yourself within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Cancellation is instant and your refund starts processing right away.
How to cancel
Sign in and go to Account → Orders. Open the order you want to cancel.
If the order is still cancellable, you'll see a red Cancel button on the page. Tap it.
Confirm in the dialog that appears — that's it, the order is canceled.
What happens next
- Your refund is sent back to the original payment method. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank — usually 24–48 hours, and up to 5 business days in some cases.
- If you paid (in part) with Store Credit, that portion lands back in your Store Credit balance immediately.
- You'll receive a confirmation email.
What if there's no Cancel button?
You can only cancel an order yourself within 24 hours. If that window has passed — or the order has already started shipping — please contact us. We might be able to stop the package before it leaves the warehouse, but we can't guarantee it.
