Can I exchange the faux suede coat for a new one? The bag was ripped open and left on my porch while it was raining when I got home from work. I think someone tried to steal it because the tote bag in the same order was fine. Please let me know if we can coordinate some kind of exchange for the coat bc I think who ever touched it ruined it by leaving it exposed to the elements.
