When I put in the order before this one I ordered a bag without the two buckles on the front of the bag. But when I received my first order you sent me one bag which I ordered without the buckle and then you decided to charge me extra and put in a smaller bag with two buckles on the front of the bag which I didn't like I might add so I gave that bag to my father as a gift because luckily for you guys my father liked the bag but this order was for me and so I reordered and on your website was a picture o the bag I bought WITHOUT ANY BUCKLES so it was the order I clicked on and when I received them a couple of days ago they were the wrong bags that I wanted. I didn't want buckles on the front of the bag and the bag was much smaller than the bag I previously order so I am a bit disappointed that I haven't received the order I paid for. Unbeknown to me I've been overcharged as the bag that I originally bought is actually cheaper than these bags with buckles so I have been overcharged for what I was supposed to pay for the bag that I originally wanted. So the right thing to do here would be is for me to post these 4 bags with buckles back return post at your cost to you and you send me the bags that I originally ordered without the buckle in the previous order please. If you could contact me back and discus this I think this is only the fairest thing to do as I'm not happy at all with this or the previous order. I look forward to your response.
